When a new wing is being built or a historic campus is being modernized, the District needs someone on-site who acts as the owner. That’s the OAR. You aren't there to just watch; you are there to lead. As an OAR, you manage the entire lifecycle of a project—from the first pre-con meeting and the bid award through construction and final DSA closeout.
