About this role
The Work LAUSD's Project Execution group delivers one of the largest public school construction programs in the country, under the oversight of DSA, the Division of the State Architect, the state office that approves public school construction. As Owner's Authorized Representative I, you represent the District on assigned school projects and manage each one through preconstruction, bid and award, construction, and closeout. You manage the project budget and schedule to the District's standards and review the budget every month so it reflects the project's real status.…
