About this role
The Work LAUSD's Project Execution group delivers one of the largest public school construction programs in the country, under the oversight of DSA, the Division of the State Architect, the state office that approves public school construction. As Senior Project Manager, you work above the project level, developing, assigning, and monitoring the Owner's Authorized Representatives (OARs) on their projects and resolving the program's most complex issues, disputes, and disagreements. You review construction progress against the submitted schedules, review change orders from all projects and assess their impact on the District, and review and verify payment applications as part of the fiscal management of multiple projects.…
