About the Role The Coordinator, People & Workplace Experience is a foundational role for someone who wants broad exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to learn how a growing business operates from the inside. You'll sit at the center of MEI's employee experience in our NYC office and help build the connective tissue that keeps people connected to one another and to MEI — all while getting direct exposure to executive support, workplace operations, culture and events, and cross-office collaboration. This is a highly visible, high-touch role that reports into the Director, People & Talent.
