Nurse Training Coordinator At Western Home Communities, our Nurse Training Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping the future of our nursing teams. This position is responsible for welcoming, training, and developing new and transitioning nursing staff to ensure they feel confident, supported, and fully prepared to provide exceptional resident care. You’ll be the bridge between education and practice—bringing clinical expertise, strong communication, and a passion for teaching into every orientation, training session, and hands-on coaching moment.
