About this role

Purpose of the role: Drive operational excellence across the European Logistics and Services network by standardizing processes, improving system adoption, and leading transformation initiatives. Acting as the bridge between Operations, Product, Technology and Process Owners, you will identify improvement opportunities, simplify ways of working, support digitalisation and ensure scalable, efficient and customer-focused operations. Responsibilities: Drive Operational Excellence Lead initiatives that improve productivity, quality, service performance and process compliance across the region.
