About this role

The Implementation Partner plays a critical role in embedding performance routines and strengthening leadership capability across the regions. Key responsibilities include: - Driving consistent adoption of performance practices including reflections, career conversations and team alignment sessions - Enabling talent processes such as succession planning, development planning and capability uplift - Supporting People Partners through education and training to build confidence in delivery and data-driven decision making - Reinforcing engagement with global solutions through structured enablement, communications and aligned planning cycles This role is also instrumental in embedding cornerstone solutions such as MPACT, ensuring sustained adoption and value realization within LAM and NAM.…
