This role is responsible for managing end-to-end dispatch operations in drayage logistics, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, terminals, and clients. The dispatcher assigns and tracks loads, schedules port and warehouse appointments, and monitors shipments to ensure timely movement. They also handle driver support, resolve operational issues, and manage accessorial charges by coordinating with finance teams (AP/AR).
