Lead Logistics Customer Experience and Operations Specialist

Role Overview We are looking for a Reverse Logistics & Warehouse Returns Specialist to manage end-to-end return operations, inventory reconciliation, warehouse coordination, and transportation execution. The role requires strong SAP knowledge and experience working in warehousing, contract logistics, electronics manufacturing, or supply chain operations environments. Key Responsibilities Reverse Logistics Management Manage customer returns, RMA (Return Material Authorization), and return-to-stock processes.
