Operational Excellence Senior Specialist

We are looking for our next Operational Excellence Senior Specialist to join our team in Paita, Perú. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, process standardization, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the depot. You will work closely with operational teams, supervisors, and leaders to identify improvement opportunities, support project execution, and contribute to meaningful efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost‑reduction outcomes. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role with significant interaction across the site, requiring strong analytical capabilities and the ability to build trust with frontline teams.
