About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong ownership, operational discipline, problem-solving ability, and customer focus. Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, ocean freight, or LCL operations is preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operational execution of LCL shipments in Indonesia. Coordinate shipment activities with customers, CFS/warehouse operations, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate shipment coordination, documentation, milestone updates, and shipment visibility. Communicate shipment status and operational updates to customers and stakeholders.
