About this role
The Process Expert will support the execution, testing, and deployment of Oracle Transportation Management System (OTMS) within the Global Service Centre (GSC). The role focuses on accurate process execution, data quality, troubleshooting operational challenges, and end-to-end process integration. Working closely with the Project Team, Global Process Leads, and other stakeholders, the individual will contribute to successful system implementation, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Execute day-to-day OTMS processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks while meeting defined KPIs and operational targets.
