Purpose of this role This position will support the Area Sales team and Centre Trade & Marketing teams to manage and grow assigned customer accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies, and processes. Ocean Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing North America (NAM) Tender customers and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of tender-related activities. The role includes quotation management, tender execution, contract administration, and close coordination with GSC teams, including Contract Correction Team (CCT), Disputes, and Invoice Quality (IQ) functions, to deliver an excellent customer experience and commercial outcome.
