Responsibilities Operational Visibility & Control Ensure full transparency of shipment flows across the regional network through dashboards and tracking tools Maintain real-time visibility of milestones, shipment status, and operational risks across systems Proactively identify potential disruptions and drive mitigation actions in collaboration with stations and gateways Exception & Disruption Management Lead identification, escalation, and resolution of operational exceptions (e.g., delays, capacity constraints, customs holds, documentation issues) Coordinate cross-functional responses between stations, gateways, carriers, and customer service teams Act as escalation point for critical operational issues, ensuring timely resolution Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective action…
