About this role

Sales & Business Development manages the potential sale of products and/or services to a customer or partner in order to generate revenue against a forecasted quota across a defined execution process. Accountable for sales strategy, sales processes and achieving sales revenue targets across all sales channels. Business Development strategy & planning work identifies, evaluates and negotiates, new sales and marketing growth opportunities. Management stream includes those who primarily lead people for whom they have employee lifecycle responsibilities including hire/fire decisions, coaching/mentoring, coordination of tasks, appraising performance, pay reviews, and developing for future assignments.…
