About this role

Job Location: Halol Role Overview The Site Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations at the site , ensuring seamless transportation, JIT/JIS line feeding, EXIM operations, warehouse and hub flows, and overall service delivery. The role will lead operational excellence, stakeholder governance, LSP/3PL performance, cost optimization, and team capability building while driving the site towards higher efficiency, resilience, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Logistics Operations Lead domestic transportation operations including Milk Runs, FTL/PTL/LTL and multimodal movements aligned with production schedules.
