About this role

Opportunity: We’re hiring a Software Engineer who moves fast, owns outcomes, and builds AI ‑ native product capabilities that scale at Maersk. You’ll co ‑ create with AI to accelerate delivery, while engineering reliable context, retrieval, and conversational experiences that work in real operational ambiguity. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery: design, build, deploy, and operate AI-native services that are scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-aware. Scale context engineering foundations: dynamically assemble the right information environment (context, memory, knowledge) for reliable multi-turn conversations. Design and optimize knowledge indexing and retrieval at enterprise scale for large, ambiguous knowledge bases.…
