About this role
Job Scope Manpower Management and Operations Monitoring Plan and assign manpower based on workload. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. Conduct daily briefings and communicate work priorities. Address staff issues and maintain team discipline. Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and loading. Ensure work is completed according to SOP and customer requirements. Monitor productivity and take corrective action when targets are not met. Basic System Operation Have basic knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) Monitor order releases and task assignments in the system. Assist in troubleshooting simple system issues and escalate when necessary.…
