About this role
Role Summary The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the new Global Warehouse in Sachiura. This will be a new organization, separate from the existing warehouse operation. The Supervisor will work closely with the Assistant Manager and take responsibility for daily operations, manpower control, inventory accuracy, safety, and quality. The Supervisor is expected to remain closely involved in warehouse operations and lead the team on the floor. Key Responsibilities Manage daily inbound, outbound, and inventory activities. Allocate manpower based on daily workloads and operational priorities. Lead and support ATOs on the warehouse floor. Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
