About this role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help us attract great talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions, delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs. Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Proactively source, engage, and build talent pipelines , including for niche and critical roles. Screen and interview candidates, ensuring strong alignment with role requirements.
