Transport & Financial Performance Supervisor

1. Billing & Financial Control Manage transport billing activities, including debit note preparation and timely and accurate customer invoicing. Coordinate with FinOps on SO, BD, and PO creation to ensure accurate revenue and cost booking. Work with GSC to follow up on PO creation, vendor invoice posting, and workflow completion. Investigate root causes of delayed vendor payments and support improvements to invoice submission and payment processes. 2. Performance & Financial Reporting Track and analyse operational KPIs to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities. Prepare monthly GP/P&L reporting by consolidating and validating revenue and cost data. Reconcile actual revenue and cost against accruals and follow up on financial variances.…
