About this role
The position is at a Customer Site Location. Shift - Night Shift /Graveyard Schedule - Friday through Monday Oversee daily warehouse and cross-dock operations. Ensure freight is received, sorted, staged, and loaded accurately and on time. Monitor outbound and inbound shipment performance. Coordinate dock schedules to meet customer and transportation requirements. Leadership Supervise warehouse associates, leads, and material handlers. Assign daily work tasks and labor resources. Coach employees on productivity, safety, and performance expectations. Conduct training, performance discussions, and disciplinary actions when needed.
