About this role

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Health Manager to help shape and strengthen our workplace health, absenteeism (verzuim), reintegration, and occupational health compliance agenda across Maersk entities in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be a trusted subject matter expert for People Partners, leaders, HSE, occupational health providers, Works Councils, Legal, and external partners. You will help ensure compliance with Dutch legislation, improve case outcomes, reduce absenteeism risks, and support sustainable employability in a practical and business-focused way.
