BACK OF HOUSE LEAD | JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY
At Magnolia, the Back of House Lead is responsible for executing the daily flow of food from preparation to completion. This position is responsible for assisting with coaching, training, and providing guidance to team members. This position works from Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Assistant Kitchen Manager and has supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uphold Magnolia’s manifesto and values
Communicate with management when there is potential for shortage and/or overage of a specific product
Assist in directing and organizing the kitchen during business hours
Assist in opening and closing the restaurant with an emphasis on sanitation and food quality control…
