MAHEC is seeking an experienced and dynamic RN Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for our Cullowhee and Franklin, NC practice locations. In this impactful leadership role, you will partner with providers, nursing leadership, and administrative teams to foster a culture of clinical excellence, staff engagement, and patient-centered care. The RN Clinical Manager will lead nursing and clinical support teams, champion quality improvement initiatives, support professional development, and ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery across multiple sites.
