JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Team Leader at MAHEC works in collaboration with the clinical leadership team and operates as the first line of support for staff, faculty, residents and other ancillary service providers. The Clinical Team Leader assists with maintaining efficient patient flow, quality care, and a positive patient experience within the clinic. Performs the daily duties of the Certified Medical Assistant. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate in an effective, professional manner. Maintain effective working relationships with all. Provide oversight of daily operations in the Clinic and Laboratory areas. Provide backup support for the clinical staff when needed.
