About this role

Major League Baseball (MLB) is seeking an experienced Counsel with a focus in corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, investment funds and corporate finance. Responsibilities Provides contract negotiation and drafting functions and general corporate legal advice Reviews, processes, and evaluates agreements and other documentation pertaining to Major League Club and Minor League Club sales, leases, loans, sports betting agreements, and concession arrangements to ensure compliance with Baseball policies and rules Assists with general corporate governance matters with respect to Major League Baseball and Minor League Baseball Counsels MLB personnel and Clubs regarding the interpretation and applicability of baseball rules and policies and applicable law…
