About this role

The Lead Attendant, Operations is a senior field-based role responsible for executing and supporting daily facility and event setups at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex (JRTC). In addition to performing hands-on work, this role assists with task oversight, safety adherence, and real-time problem-solving in collaboration with Operations Attendants. Responsibilities Support and assist with daily operational and event setups and breakdowns across JRTC facilities Execute event layouts, room setups, and field support elements in accordance with plans, specifications, and direction from Operations leadership Confirm that setup components (furniture placement, equipment positioning, barricades, cones, signage, etc.) align with approved layouts, instructions, and established standards…
