Campaign Operation Support - Chinese Speaking (Contract)

Execute and own assigned Chinese locale campaigns across Web & App from planning through go-live. The role independently coordinates with business stakeholders, localizes campaign content, manages campaign setup, resolves operational issues, and ensures first-time-right execution. In addition to daily campaign operations, the Officer supports localization improvements, QA testing and provides operational guidance to Campaign Operation Support during peak campaign periods. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Campaign Preparation • Read and comprehend campaign briefs, grasping requirements without rework. • Write, localize, and refine campaign copy in Chinese, and in Thai or English as needed. • Spot-check artwork (AW) for correctness before build; structure clear flexi-page wireframes / layouts.…
