About this role

We are seeking a talented and experienced solicitor with a strong background in intellectual property law, specifically trade marks , to join our dynamic and market-leading team. In this role you will work closely with Cate Nagy and Maggie Chan who represent high-profile Australian and international clients in trade mark prosecution and portfolio management, as well as IP litigation and enforcement. Experienced trade mark attorneys (5+ years experience) will also be considered in this role. In this position, you’ll be exposed to a broad spectrum of trade mark work, including strategic filing, clearance and prosecution advice, enforcement advice, oppositions, and non-use proceedings.…
