Unsere Geräte werden in der Qualitätskontrolle, Prozesssteuerung und F&E zur Struktur-, Element- und physikalischen Analyse eingesetzt. Die Anwendungsgebiete reichen von Baustoffen über Metalle bis hin Pharmazeutischen und Biotechnologischen Produkten und Nanomaterialien.
