About this role
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) serves as the primary company representative to perform work at customer locations. The FSE installs company products, performs preventive maintenance, performs diagnostics & troubleshooting, and repairs for all company products. The Micromeritics Customer Experience mission is accomplished through the field service organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities as a top priority. Adheres to the company code of ethics and professional engineering standards. Travels within their assigned territory by car, train, or plane and provides installation and support of Micromeritics’ instruments.
