Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is seeking an Accountant for a potential one-year Health System strengthening project in Ukraine, funded by the US Government. Overall Responsibilities: The Accountant oversees the overall accounting and payroll administration duties of the office in Ukraine under Finance and Operations Director supervision.
