Overview The Local Capacity Strengthening/Health Workforce Development Officer will support the Local Capacity Strengthening/Health Workforce Development Specialist in assessing needs, designing/delivering training, and building systems for health workers and local partners, emphasizing stakeholder engagement (Govt), mentorship, and monitoring progress, requiring public health expertise, strong coordination, and reporting skills for donor-funded projects.
