About this role

Description Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Dublin, Ohio office. What You'll Do : Draft and review Summons & Complaints, Judgments, Settlement Agreements, Discovery and other related documentation. Litigation Motions and Responses - Associate may be required to draft, review and file any necessary motions during the course of litigation. Communications with Attorneys, Employers and consumers as necessary to resolve accounts/suits. Review Lawsuits on new and ongoing legal pleadings and documents. Attend hearings, trials, and depositions. Requirements Licensed in the State of Ohio to practice law.…
