Pay Range: $65,000–$70,000 Manhattan Gastroenterology / Midtown Endoscopy & Surgical Center is seeking an experienced, data-driven Surgical & Clinical Access Manager to oversee and optimize clinical and surgical scheduling across the practice and ambulatory surgical center. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical and surgical scheduling, provider templates, and surgical blocks. Maximize provider, appointment, procedure, and operating room utilization. Monitor cancellations, no-shows, backfill opportunities, waitlists, and schedule capacity. Identify scheduling gaps, access barriers, and opportunities to improve patient conversion. Develop and monitor scheduling KPIs, reports, and performance dashboards.…
