Facilities & Contracts Manager

The Opportunity We're hiring a Facilities & Contracts Manager to take full ownership of two commercial buildings on the same industrial park — the fabric, the plant, the equipment that keeps operations moving, every contract behind it, and Health & Safety across both sites. This is a hands-on, single-owner role, not a coordination seat. You'll be our appointed competent person for Health & Safety and the Responsible Person for fire safety, and you'll be the one who knows when the next LOLER examination is due, which contractor is underperforming, and what the landlord owes us.
