About this role
We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support account reconciliation, accounting activities, payment processing, and other operational functions while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions. Position Responsibilities: Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations and ensure suspense accounts remain in good standing. Research and resolve reconciliation exceptions and out-of-balance items within established timelines.
