About this role

Lead the development of Manulife Singapore’s forward-looking bancassurance strategy and shape the next phase of the key banca partnerships. The role will define the long-term partnership direction, identify new sources of growth, and convert strategic opportunities into clear choices and investment priorities. Position Responsibilities 1. Partnership and Business Strategy Develop the multi-year strategy for the banca partnerships across Retail, Wealth, Private Bank, SME and Digital. Define strategic priorities, segment choices and the future partnership model. Align the long-term strategy with annual business planning and enterprise priorities. 2.
