About this role
We’re looking for a Loans & Deposits New Accounts Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MGS. In this role, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of new account transactions, account maintenance activities, and operational support functions for Manulife Bank products. The role ensures that all transactions are processed in accordance with established procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
