Role Summary We are looking for a results-driven Agency Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end Agency recruitment and build a strong pipeline of quality candidates. You will drive recruitment strategies, events, referrals, lead generation, candidate engagement and conversion while partnering closely with Agency Leaders, Managers and Training. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent attraction, Agency growth and turning recruitment activities into measurable results.
