About this role
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Segment Technology team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide support for US business systems. The successful applicant must possess a good understanding of business process workflows, conducting functional testing support, handling defects, and performing root cause analysis in support of solutions of various US insurance applications. The role includes the ability to collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, delivery leads, actual users from the business during the user acceptance testing phase, including an analytical skillset to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and make decisions that are sensible and based on available information.…
