The Sr. Technical Lead will act as a bridge between our Global Data & Insights team mostly based in Toronto and Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) in the Philippines. The role will lead reporting and data initiatives for various stakeholders including Senior Leadership and collaborating with our partners in MGS including the Reporting Center of Excellence. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to promote self-serve reporting and drive operational improvements using data.
