Marcus & Millichap is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives across its Western Division. As part of the Field Marketing team, this hands-on, execution-focused role supports divisional efforts to drive brand awareness and support agent engagement and recruitment. The Marketing Specialist collaborates with regional leadership, corporate marketing, and the broader Field Marketing team to implement scalable, localized marketing strategies while ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely delivery across channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail and takes ownership of execution. The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - 72,800.00 USD per year.…
