Business Change Manager - Transfer Agency - Corporate Banking

Responsibilities: Delivering excellence for core TA processes by participation in strategic TA initiatives, set objectives and defined vision to ensure level of service is in line with SLA and Client expectations Ensure and control the quality of the delivered processes to be in line with compliance guidelines and regulations in order to provide beneficent the highest level of service according to SLA Ensure the work of the department adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements as well as local guidelines to be in line with compliance standards expected operational risk level. Ensure running cost of the department meets expected levels by controlling budget headcount , overtime, T&E costs etc.…
