Job Responsibilities Follow Forbes sequence of service to ensure we are meeting expectation. Maintain complete knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, glassware, garnishes and preparation standards. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to outlet standards. Maintain bar stations, storage areas, equipment, par levels and cleanliness. Conduct monthly inventory stock counts. Review daily specials, unavailable items, VIP arrivals and operational updates before service. Communicate closely with Captains, Service Attendants and Managers to ensure smooth beverage service.…
