Job Responsibilities Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and bid them a fond farewell upon departure. Ensure all guests are welcomed promptly, courteously, and professionally with eye contact and a smile. Engage with guests throughout the Fitness Club, including the gym area, to introduce services and facilities. Provide refreshments, drinks and towels as needed. Assist guests in connecting with Personal Trainers and wellness services. Respond to guest feedback and take timely, appropriate actions to enhance their experience. Recommend and promote Personal Training and wellness programs aligned with guest preferences.…
