About this role
**THIS IS A NON REMOTE POSITION** Mark III Construction's Service division is seeking an Energy Solutions Manager to build and lead a new energy services practice from the ground up. This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path to leading a standalone profit center as the practice scales. The Energy Solutions Manager will be responsible for identifying, selling, and delivering energy audit and retrofit solutions to commercial and industrial building owners across all M3 Service markets. Starting with energy audits, lighting retrofits, and mechanical/electrical efficiency upgrades, this person will progressively build the practice toward full performance contracting capability over 24 months.
