About this role

Ihre Aufgaben Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Steuerung unserer E-Commerce-Aktivitäten mit einem klaren Fokus auf Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele. Du optimierst unsere Online-Shops (Shopify), sorgst für eine herausragende User Experience und arbeitest kontinuierlich an Conversion-Rate-Optimierung. Du steuerst Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen über Google, Meta und TikTok mit dem Ziel, die Effizienz unserer Werbemaßnahmen zu steigern. Du analysierst relevante KPIs, leitest datenbasierte Entscheidungen ab und optimierst unsere Verkaufsprozesse entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.
