About this role
As Marqeta’s People Business Partner (PBP) - EU/UK, you support Marqeta’s teams in the European region to help build strong regional cultures, navigate day-to-day employee situations, and help build the overall Marqetan experience.
You serve as our European People Business Partner, supporting our operations across the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, and Poland. You also act as the primary People Business Partner for our GTM UK team, and the EU/UK region.
You work cross-functionally to support employees, leaders, and our offices to ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural nuances across multiple European markets.…
